Хронический гепатит С и его исходы: цирроз печени, гепатоцеллюлярная карцинома

Обзор литературы посвящен течению хронического гепатита С (ХГС), описаны новые методы лечения препаратами прямого противовирусного действия и их эффективность. Показаны исходы ХГС – цирроз печени и гепатоцеллюлярная карцинома, сроки, длительность и частота их возникновения. Представлены проведенные исследования по полиморфизмам генов, которые могут служить биомаркерами формирования цирроза печени и гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы.
