Клинико-эпидемио­логический анализ заболеваемости гистоплазмозом в мире

В обзоре представлен анализ клинико-эпидемиологических данных последних лет о заболеваемости и распространении в мире особо опасного (эндемического) микоза – гистоплазмоза. Описаны различные клинические симптомы микоза у иммунокомпетентных и иммуносупрессивных пациентов. Рассматриваются трудности клинической диагностики гистоплазмоза вне эндемических регионов и необходимость использования новых молекулярных методов лабораторной диагностики.
